The acquisition marks the group’s entry to Central Europe with a broader platform of water infrastructure products and is the fourth addition to the group in 2024.

The company is led by Managing Directors Frank Hellman and Jörg Klingenberg and has around 50 employees. 4 pipes strengthens Uniwater’s business area Products which already include IBECO, Lauridsen and ABAT.
