A well-functioning water and wastewater infrastructure requires quality special products. The three subsidiaries, Abat, Ibeco and Proco Services, offer rental, installation and delivery of water, wastewater and HVAC products to projects in the Nordic region.
Ibeco Rental, a growing business
Ibeco’s rental business received a boost in 2022. Customer needs changed, and requests increased. During the year, IBECO rental has gone from having mostly long-term rental projects to having more and shorter assignments.
The fact that customers have changed their behaviour is linked to both climate change and uncertainty in the economic situation and the supply chain. Renting instead of owning is part of the development of the circular economy in society, and in many areas, renting is the future model both from the environmental perspective of entrepreneurs and for reasons of space and utilisation. Companies do not want to have machines standing around without them being used. IBECO has seen this development, especially in Gothenburg and Stockholm.
ABAT
ABAT manufactures specialised products for the construction industry, mainly a variety of hatches in aluminium and stainless steel.
